The Ritz-Carlton





Introduction:
   The Ritz Carlton Hotel its one of the most popular hotel in the world and it’s owned by one of the best companies, Marriott International Company and this company has many hotels all around the world.  Marriott International Company started building Ritz Carlton Hotel at 2007 which contains 250 guest rooms, restaurants area, and a health club Distributed on nine floors.

Ritz Carlton Start:
    Bethesda and Maryland the name of the persons who wanted to open a hotel in Tokyo from many years ago but there is two things stop them to do that. The first reason is the high land prices and the other reason is they didn’t find the right place to build it. In 2007 when the flowers started to open and almost every land turns to green because of the grass they found the right place to build it. Swankiest hotel-and-apartments complex in the city this is was the place that they decided to build the hotel on it with the partner Mitsui Fudosan Company for building the skyscraper.  The first thing that Ricco DeBlank said, the general manager of the Ritz-Carlton's Tokyo hotel. Now, "Finally we have the right location, the right partner and the right timing to do that” (Ritz-Carlton – Wikipedia).
  
Line of business, significant events and growth:
   Choose a location of the hotel in the skyscraper this is was the first step to reach their goals after that they decided to build 250 guest rooms, restaurants area, and deluxe health club Distributed on nine floors. They tried hard to show people Ritz Carlton Hotel is different from other hotels in the opening day. Adopted the Ritz Carlton in the stages of growth and development on the basis of comparison with other companies to establish standards of its own and challenged it to defy it own standards. It also focused on improving the workforce because it is one of the most important things on the hotel. The management of Ritz Carlton Hotel Proved that employee participation to make the decision is helpful for the growth and development and there are many significant events in the hotel and one of these events called People vs. Stuff and it’s about how the employees can dial with different people with different culture, language and religion.

The strategy of the hotel and the goals:
   Every hotel has his own strategy but Ritz Carlton has a unique strategy because it focuses on customers' behavior. The managers also include the stuff ideas to their strategy because they believe that will make them get new ideas. They are trying to add new brands because hotel groups owned by foreign so they try hard to become the best hotel but that will not be easy because there is alt of competition like some of Japan's older hotels and they are trying to become the best to. All these reasons push the Marriott International Company to work harder and harder to develop. The Hotel chain Ritz-Carlton wants to be more hotel visit by tourists in Tokyo and the first choice for everyone.

Notable management issues:
   Ritz Carlton Hotel there was many notable management issues that face it. Finding the right place and high land prices because the regulations on building height restricted the development of skyscrapers and by thinking they solved this two problems by choosing the right and the best place to build it and some problems with the old system before they change it and now a day they change the whole style by putting the latest furniture and technology in it.

Conclusion:
   Ritz Carlton Hotel its one of the best hotels in the world because of the unique policy followed by, future outlook and the stuff that work in it.
